Wi-Fi is nowadays a commodity that most public spaces offer to their visitors. Not mentioning the fact that this helps enhancing the customer experience in-store, Wi-Fi marketing is the process of collecting data from users, integrating it with the company database and using it to support targeted communications to specific users.

For example, retailers can integrate data from their database like client name, email and last purchase details, and then target this customer with specific promotion on a similar product once they revisit their store.
